Brand-deal.com Return Policy
Items shipped from Brand-deal.com can be returned within 15 days of receipt
of shipment in most cases through the Online Returns Center.
Some products may have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Returns will be processed only if:
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession

The product is not different from what was shipped to you

The product is returned in the same condition as when it was received
(sealed/unopened if applicable, with the original brand/manufacturer box or packaging,
and, if applicable, any user manual, warranty card, and accessories)
Return process

After the courier picks up your item, it can take up to two weeks
for us to receive and process your return

Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear on your payment card
or 4 business hours for Gift Balance refunds

Items marked as "non-returnable" cannot be returned unless damaged,
defective, or incorrect

We may inspect products or request additional information before
issuing refunds or replacements

Some items may be eligible for replacement only.
If unavailable, a refund will be issued
Note
If customers misuse the return policy by excessive returns,
returning items not in original condition,
cancelling excessively, or refusing deliveries,
Brand-deal.com reserves the right to warn, restrict,
suspend, block, or terminate customer accounts.
We do not accept items wrongfully sent to us or products
not originally purchased from Brand-deal.com.
Such actions may result in account restrictions or closure.
Seller Return Policy
When returning orders fulfilled by third-party marketplace sellers,
the seller will receive the return instead of Brand-deal.com.
Marketplace sellers must provide one of the following:
- A return address within the Arab Republic of Egypt
- A prepaid return label
- A full refund without requiring item return
If sellers fail to provide these options,
customers may file an A-to-z Guarantee Claim.
Some sellers may offer return policies more favorable than
the standard Brand-deal.com policy.
